They are not available for rock climbing, mountaineering, canyoneering, or anything other than via ferrata. These activities have a much higher risk for taking a significant fall and compromising the strength of the harness. For liability reasons we can not allow our rentals to be used for such activities. We have a wide selection of climbing harness available for purchase if needed. If you don't rent a via ferrata lanyard from us, you must show that you own a via ferrata lanyard when you arrive to pick up your rental.

Rental equipment can be picked up the day the rental period begins or after 3pm the day before the rental period begins.
Rental equipment is due back by NOON the day following the end of the rental period.
Late fees apply - the daily rate is applied on a per day late basis.

SATURDAY reservations must be picked up on Friday evenings.
NO Saturday returns (the shop will be open at 10am Sunday).

**Cancellation Policy**

Cancellations more than 48 hours before rental reservations receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund.

**Rental Rates**

Reservations longer than 3 days (72 hours) will receive a 25% discount.
