***PICKUP IS AVAILABLE ANYTIME AFTER 11AM ON THE PICKUP DATE AND ALL RENTALS MUST BE RETURNED BY 6PM ON THE RETURN DATE. ALL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% PROCESSING FEE. AN ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION FEE EQUAL TO A SINGLE DAY CHARGE FOR ALL OF THE ITEMS RESERVED WILL APPLY IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED PICKUP. LATE RENTAL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO EXTRA DAILY CHARGES AND A $50 LATE FEE IF ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S RENTAL RESERVATION IS IMPACTED BY THE LATE RETURN. RENTALS RETURNED IN DIRTY CONDITION ARE SUBJECT TO A CLEANING FEE.***

Rental equipment can be picked up the day the rental period begins or after 3pm the day before the rental period begins.
Rental equipment is due back by NOON the day following the end of the rental period.
Late fees apply - the daily rate is applied on a per day late basis.
SATURDAY reservations must be picked up on Friday evenings.
NO Saturday returns (the shop will be open at 10am Sunday).
**Cancellation Policy**
Cancellations more than 48 hours before rental reservations receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund.
**Rental Rates**
Reservations longer than 3 days (72 hours) will receive a 25% discount.
