We do require payment up front for online bookings, but we have a no-hassle cancellation policy and will fully refund your payment with a minimum 24 hour notice--cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled rental pick-up time are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Roam'n Around is currently closed on Sundays, but if you must return a rental item on a Sunday, please select the prior Saturday @ 5:30 pm as your return time. Also, please leave a note at checkout stating that it will be a 'Sunday Return'--we will contact you to set up a time to return your items outside of store hours.
