We do require payment up front for online bookings, but we have a no-hassle cancellation policy and will fully refund your payment with a minimum 24 hour notice--cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled rental pick-up time are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
[SUNDAY RETURNS]
Roam'n Around is currently closed on Sundays, but if you must return a rental item on a Sunday, please select the prior Saturday @ 5:30 pm as your return time. Also, please leave a note at checkout stating that it will be a 'Sunday Return'--we will contact you to set up a time to return your items outside of store hours.

Equipment MAY BE ABLE to be picked up for free between 4-6pm the day before the rental starts.
Call to confirm that item is available for early pick up.
We ask that equipment be returned by closing time the day it is due to avoid an additional fee being charged.
