Rental equipment can be picked up the day the rental period begins or after 3pm the day before the rental period begins.
Rental equipment is due back by NOON the day following the end of the rental period.
Late fees apply – the daily rate is applied on a per day late basis.

SATURDAY reservations must be picked up on Friday evenings.
NO Saturday returns (the shop will be open at 10am Sunday).

**Cancellation Policy**

Cancellations more than 48 hours before rental reservations receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund.

**Rental Rates**

Reservations longer than 3 days (72 hours) will receive a 25% discount.
