No discounts are available during our discount blackout dates, Dec 24th-Jan 1st.

Renters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent at the time of rental. Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits will be applied to your final bill.

[CANCELLATION POLICY]

We do require payment up front for online bookings, but we have a no-hassle cancellation policy and will fully refund your payment with a minimum 24 hour notice–cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled rental pick-up time are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

[SUNDAY RETURNS]

Roam’n Around is currently closed on Sundays, but if you must return a rental item on a Sunday, please select the prior Saturday @ 5:30 pm as your return time. Also, please leave a note at checkout stating that it will be a ‘Sunday Return’–we will contact you to set up a time to return your items outside of store hours.
