Jennifer has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2013. Known for her encouraging and humorous style, Jennifer will teach a flow class geared towards all levels.
We will begin with seated postures and meditation, move into sun salutations, standing and balance poses, followed by twists, gentle forward folds, back-bends, and savasana. Modifications will be given as this class truly is for all levels. Join us for a meaningful and beautiful practice. Students will be placed at least 6 feet apart; wearing a mask is encouraged.
Jennifer Tober is certified through Schoolhouse Yoga/Joanne Vandenhengel and teaches flow yoga, gentle yoga, family yoga, and Baby and Me. A professional actor and wanna-be dancer, Jennifer infuses her classes with warmth, a light heart, and encouragement. Her classes are challenging and positive and benefit the mind, spirit, and body.
